1. Research-Use Only
All products sold by PeptideDepot, LLC are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or consumer goods. They are not approved by the FDA for diagnostic or therapeutic use. They are not for human or animal consumption. By placing an order, you certify you are a qualified researcher purchasing for laboratory use only and that you assume all risk associated with handling, storage, and disposal.
2. Eligibility & Account Verification
You must be at least 21 years of age and complete our identity-verification process — including email verification, SMS verification, government-issued photo ID upload, and live webcam capture — before placing an order. We may refuse or revoke service at our sole discretion.
3. Ordering & Payment
Accepted payment methods are ACH bank transfer and cash deposit. Orders are processed upon receipt and verification of payment. We may decline any order. Pricing is in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Prepayment is required for all orders.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders ship within the United States from our U.S. facility. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon transfer to the carrier. International shipping is not currently offered.
5. Returns
Because these are research chemicals subject to handling and storage requirements outside our control, all sales are final once shipped. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideDepot, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
